See city where Karol Wojtyla were living.

Wadowice is a minor township placed in the south of Poland, just about fifty km far away from Krakow. Wadowice is mainly famed for standing for the birthplace of the Pope John Paul the 2nd.

Born in the beginning of twenties, he lived in that place till 1938 so plenty of areas in Wadowice are connected with his activity at the time of his maturity. The important one is his family’s previous flat on Koscielna 7 Street where the Pope was raised.

Guests are shown some retained original objects as well as possessions of Wojtyla’s family line suchlike articles of home furniture, photos, libraries, even a skiis. In the vicinity of the home there is the scenic baroque church building of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary inside the internal part of the town where the immature Karol Wojtyla liked to go aside.
